1. Overview
Splycr is a classroom quiz and game platform operated as part of the Cramly suite of education tools. By using Splycr you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You may create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Credits and payments
AI question generation requires credits. Credits are non-refundable digital goods. Free access codes grant a one-time allocation of credits. Purchased credit packs are added to your balance immediately upon payment. Credits do not expire. Splycr reserves the right to adjust pricing and credit pack sizes at any time; existing purchased credits will not be affected.
4. AI-generated content
Questions generated by AI are provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, Splycr does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or curriculum alignment of AI-generated content. Teachers are responsible for reviewing all generated questions before use in a classroom setting.
5. User content
You retain ownership of question sets you create. By publishing a set as public, you grant Splycr a non-exclusive licence to display it to other users on the platform. You may delete your content at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Splycr to distribute offensive, harmful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Limitation of liability
Splycr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Splycr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Splycr after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
